General Return Policy

Before any return, an RMA number must be obtained from Sager Midern Computer, Inc.

The returned product (including the service return product) must be received at our factory within fourteen (14) days of the date that the RMA number is issued. All service return product received after the valid warranty period (base on Sager's invoice date one year from the purchase date.) will be treated as out of warranty service.

To receive a refund, the returned product must be received at our factory within fourteen (14) days of the date that the RMA number is issued and within thirty (30) days from the purchase invoice date. If your product is not received within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, then you shall not be entitled to any refund.

Sager Midern Computer, Inc. has the right to refuse any return that
- has an expired RMA number
- shows physical damage to the product or its packaging.

The returned product must be clearly marked with the RMA Number on the label and should be shipped in the original packaging, prepaid and insured by you in order to prevent damage during shipping. Products returned without first obtaining an RMA number shall be rejected and returned to you at your expense. If shipping costs are not paid and the system is returned to Sager Midern Computer, Inc., then you shall be charged a storage rate in the amount of $5.00 per day of storage.

The Products returned not purchased from Sager Midern Computer, Inc. or an authorized Sager Midern Computer, Inc. reseller, shall be rejected and returned to you at your expense. If shipping costs are not paid and the system is returned to Sager Midern Computer, Inc., then you shall be charged a storage rate in the amount of $10.00 per day of storage. Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will not be responsible for the condition of such returned package.

Service Policy

Before any return, back up any data on the hard disk before you return the system. Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will not be responsible for any loss of data on the hard disk drive.

When returning the system to Sager Midern Computer, Inc., you must send it freight prepaid and insured. Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will not be responsible for any damages in shipment.

If Sager Midern Computer, Inc. determines that the failure of the return system was not the result of defect in parts or workmanship, Sager Midern Computer, Inc. reserves the right to charge you for parts and labor at the labor rate of $95.00 Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will advise you prior to these charges.

Upon service performed, Sager Midern Computer, Inc will ship the product back to you by UPS Ground delivery unless you have requested for the optional Express delivery service. Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will not be responsible for delays caused by delivery services.

Out of Warranty Service Policy

Initial $45.00 estimate fee will be charged for all the out of warranty service returned. Sager Midern Computer, Inc. will advise you the repair cost prior to perform the service.

Minimum ten (10) business days will be required for diagnosis the out of warranty returned.

Customer will be responsible for the freight prepaid and insured in both way when send in the product to Sager Midern Computer, Inc. and return the product to you.
