Game Releases this June 2017 to Watch Out for!

As usual, we’re going to start the month of June by featuring the newest game to be released for PC. These include the latest entry on one of the best arcade fighting game series Tekken, and the newest expansion pack for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Tekken 7

Tekken 7 is the 9th installment of the popular fighting game series Tekken. It is the first in the game series to use the Unreal Engine. It was first released on arcade in Japan in March 2015 and was then followed by an updated version known as Fated Retribution which included new stages, characters, costumes, and items. The same version will soon be released for Microsoft Windows PCs and gaming laptops in June 2017. It focuses on 1-on-1 battles and introduces two new mechanisms including Rage Art and Power Crash.

Dirt 4

Dirt 4 is the new rally racing video game from Codemasters and is the sixth title to carry the Dirt name. In this game, players compete in timed stage events on off-road terrain and on the tarmac in varying weather conditions. It will also feature rallycross racing and carry an FIA World Rallycross Championship license. It has five rallycross circuits: Lydden Hill Race Circuit, Höljesbanan, Lånkebanen, the Circuit de Lohéac, Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, and the Pista Automóvel de Montalegre. It will also feature multiplayer and cross-platform leaderboards.

Cladun Returns: This is Sengoku!

Cladun Returns: This is Sengoku! is the latest game in the Cladun series where players can meet classic heroes from the Sengoku era to help the souls of the dead. Developed by Nippon Inchi Software, Inc. and published by NIS America, Inc. The game lets you design your character’s appearance and equipment down to its individual pixel thanks to its pixel editor. It also features a Magic Circle system where your allies can empower and protect your character. The game can team-up with your friends in Co-Op mode to take on dungeons as well as compete in Versus Mode.

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood

Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood is the second expansion game of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, following Heavensward which was released on June 23, 2015. According to news, Stormblood will focus on liberating the states of Doma and Ala Mhigo from the Garlean Empire. It features increase a level cap to 70, new dungeons and raids, as well as new zones. It will also introduce a new swimming and diving gameplay, and two new jobs: Red Mage and Samurai. The game is also said to bring new changes to the battle system.

Tokyo Xanadu

Starting as an action role-playing video game for PlayStation Vita, Tokyo Xanadu was initially released in Japan in September 2015. It is developed and published by Nihon Falcom and will be ported and released on Steam by Aksys Games. Like its predecessors, Tokyo Xanadu possessed some elements from the Persona series. It is a party-based real-time battle system with dungeon exploration. Its PS Vita version alone has sold 112,041 copies as of October 2015, and Famitsu gave it a review score of 32/40.
